About the Monastery
Dhammacakka Forest Monastery is a new monastery in the Thai Forest Tradition. Associated with Wat Buddha Dhamma in Wisemans Ferry, NSW, the land was purchased in June 2022.
Though still in early development, the monastery aims to be a place of seclusion, contentment and simplicity. Primarily a residence for monks, lay people will also be welcome to come and practice, once facilities are established.
We will keep you up to date through this website, when monks will be in attendance, providing opportunities to offer dana and hear teachings.
